Z-100 New York (WHTZ) signed on the air in August 1983 using JAM jingles which later became part of "The Flame Thrower" package. Working with PD Scott Shannon, and later Steve Kingston, we created an incredible number of legendary Z-100 packages through the years. One of them became the most widely used JAM package of all time: "Warp Factor". We made it for Z-100 in 1985, and to date over 350 stations worldwide have used its innovative combination of effects and vocals
