We are sometimes asked about the JAM serial numbers which appear on our demo CDs. If your goal
is to accumulate the entire set of these releases, you probably want to know what the set consists of.
Here is the explanation you're looking for.
The JAM numbering system is used to keep track of non-tape items that we mass-produce. Not all of these are
demos; some are actual products. There is no numbering system for the hundreds of different demo tapes
which we've sent out through the years, or for the individual jingle packages themselves. The numbers only
apply to records or CDs, most of which contain many different demos.
The first 5 of these numbered items were vinyl records. From number 6 on up, they are CDs. Our earliest
demo CDs (from 9 through 16) were named after the first demo that appeared on them. But they all contained
many other packages as well.
Here is the complete JAM catalog of numbered items. We have indicated the year each one was released,
and which items are still available from JAM. For a complete list of available demo CDs and other collector's items, please visit
